Horizon Yachts USA is trialling the 27-metre FD87 motoryacht Skyline, ready for its debut in March.

The vessel is currently being trialled in the Taiwan sea with her owner, in the lead-up to the Palm Beach International Boat Show, which runs 22-25 March 2018.

This Skyline is a spin-off from the FD85, featuring an enclosed bridge and a seating area on the bow. Skyline is designed by Cor D Rover, with input from the yacht’s owner. The hull stands out with its cold blue exterior and a high performance piercing bow (HPPB) that promises a 10% reduction in resistance and fuel consumption.

The three-deck structure houses eight guests on the lower deck with the master suite located on the bow of the main deck.

She will be powered by two CAT C-18ACERT engines running at 1136hp.

Skyline joins the range of the FD74, FD85, the FD102 and the upcoming FD122.
