German shipyard Lürssen Yachts has launched Project Fiji.

Fiji was launched off Lürssen’s slipway in Schacht-Audorf and is scheduled for delivery in 2019.

The yacht was sold to an experienced yacht owner at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2015. Moran Yacht & Ship represented the buyer for the deal.

UK designer Harrison Eidsgaard was responsible for Fiji’s exterior. The vessel stands at 95 metres with a beam of 14 metres. The interior was designed by long-time AMELS collaborator Studio Laura Sessa. The interior features a large beach club and spa area with sea terrace on the lower deck.

The yacht accommodates 20 guests in ten guestrooms, and features a certified helicopter landing area on the ship’s bow. The upper aft deck has a walkable skylight and integrated fireplace, and the sun aft deck features a hidden crane in the bulwark.
