Genesi on track for October delivery

The Wider 150, now named Genesi, will be delivered in October this year.

Genesi will be Italian shipyard WIDER’s largest delivery to date. However this will soon be surpassed by a 165 foot model due for delivery in mid 2016.

WIDER is the first yacht builder in the world to offer luxury yachts in the 125′-165′ (38m – 50m) size range with diesel-electric propulsion system combined with Azimuthal pods and the latest technology in Lithium polymer battery power. This design, commonly used on much larger yachts and commercial vessels, provides greater fuel efficiency, greater range and reduced noise and vibration.

Genesi has been created by Fulvio De Simoni in collaboration with WIDER in an entirely aluminium hull and superstructure.
