To make the event as safe as possible for staff and attendees, we will be implementing the below policy:

Please provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination on arrival

If you are unvaccinated, you will need to provide proof of a recent test (or have an antigen test onsite)

We will have Covid testing available onsite – so if you need to take an antigen or PCR test for travel reasons you will be able to have a test in the conference hotel. We will be sending out a link for you to book these on Monday. They can provide you with certificates to fly and a booking code for your Passenger Locator form.

Masks are optional

We will provide coloured wrist bands so you can indicate your social distancing preferences (red = stay away, yellow = fist bump, green = shake hands)

We will have spaced out cabaret seating available and opportunities to spread out during lunch, refreshment breaks and the drinks receptions

The hotel offers enhanced cleaning and ventilation

Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the venue.
