Dunya Yachts have released further details of their new support vessel, My Bro. The 40m yacht will act as support to the 72.5m Dunya superyacht, Axioma, the vessel is currently in-build at the Istanbul-based shipyard, due to be delivered in 2023.

My Bro was commissioned to provide additional accommodation for larger charter trips on Axioma. Chartered regularly since her launch in 2013, Axioma sleeps 12 guests, but is often in demand with larger parties.

An aluminium catamaran design with a generous maximum beam of 13m, My Bro features naval architecture and an exterior design by Canadian designer Gregory C. Marshall. The 994GT My Bro will have accommodation for up to 10 guests across five cabins, as well as a crew of four.

My Bro has been designed to ensure that those onboard have the same amenities they would experience onboard the Axioma, with guests having access to a main saloon, gym, spa and swim platform.

As well as a range of toys and tenders, My Bro will also be home to a mini-submarine, and a multipurpose helipad that can be transformed into an outdoor disco, open-air cinema, basketball court, tennis court or yoga space.

My Bro will be offered for solo adventure-based charters, or as a dedicated fleet support vessel to her mothership. Axioma will also continue to be offered for charter alone, or in tandem with My Bro.

Performance-wise, My Bro will be able to reach a top speed of 18kn thanks to her twin 1193KW engines. She cruises comfortably at 16 knots and has a range of 5,000nm at 10kn.
