Ferretti Group’s strong 2021 continues as the Italian firm posts a record-breaking September. The builder’s order intake in the first three quarters of the year now exceeds €900m, over €220m in September alone.

“This year for Ferretti Group is like one of those wonderful films that make you dream from beginning to end,” said Ferretti Group, CEO, Alberto Galassi. “It got off to a great start and is continuing to deliver spectacular results, with great plot twists like this outstanding performance put in by steel and aluminium superyachts. But the excitement isn’t over yet, with a few more months of nice surprises ahead and what is bound to be a grand finale.”

Ferretti Group delivered over 160 boats from January to September, including the Riva Fifty. At 50m in length, Fifty was developed by the Riva Superyacht Division as a cruiser. Riva has been building yachts for the past 179 years.

Strong growth is being seen in steel and aluminium superyachts, say Ferretti. These yachts built at the Ancona Superyacht Yard, show the market confidence in the Riva and Pershing superyacht projects, says the firm, and confirms CRN megayachts as one of the “most active players in the segment”.
