Heesen sells its fifth yacht this year

Heesen has sold its fifth yacht so far in 2017 – the 50 metre Project Boreas.

Based off the yards Nova Plus platform, Project Boreas is a fast displacement hull with a draft of 2.15 metres and an exterior design by Omega Yachts and interior design by Mark Whiteley.

The client is an experienced sailing yacht owner. He approached the shipyard directly and worked closely with the yard to customise the yacht which was already one year into construction.

Customisations include a smaller superstructure overhangs above the aft terrace, outdoor seating in front of the bridge, sky lounge and a personalised layout on the lower deck.

The yacht is expected to be delivered to the owner in July 2019 after completing sea trials in the North Sea.
